Useful facts about Horses:
Horses are prey animals so they are aware of their entire environment. They can sense the smallest leaf falling, or, someone’s heart rate changing. They act as an emotional mirror to the students working with them. With horses’ heightened state of awareness, they are capable of a great deal of empathy and match the state of mind their human companion is in.
